About Us
WorldWide Independent Distance Education of America (WW IDEA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, launched in 2002. While the organization itself is relatively young, our founders have more than four decades of combined knowledge and experience in education.
WW IDEA founders saw a huge need for choice and change in educational opportunities. The traditional classroom setting was failing at meeting the needs of all students. This downward trend is evident through decreasing student achievement, continual increase in home schooling, and the increase in charter and alternative school settings developing.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the opportunities and proven educational methods to help students learn in their own most productive environment. WW IDEA’s core belief is that all students should be afforded the opportunity to be successful through an individualized learning program.
Today, technology has opened up new and exciting ways for parents, teachers, and school administrators to provide a complete education to young people nationwide. Our BrightWays Learning Systems combines innovative teaching methods, customizable software, training and specialized services to help you create an environment where all students are truly afforded the opportunity for success.
